Merchandise Boutique!June 2, 2007 |

I want to thank all of you
shipmates out there for attending our semi-annual Merchandise Boutique on
June 2. We not only sold clothing, but lots of nautical items as well. This
year Robin Rowley took part in the selling by bringing her FABULOUS handmade
jewelry. Tinker Dave arranged for a free wine tasting that day, so I also sold many of our wine glasses. Robin and I prepared some nice refreshments for everyone that day, and Cheryl Pyle brought in a bevy of replacement appetizers as the boutique was winding down, and the dinner crowd was starting to arrive. Kim Heather Garcia, representing The Sea Scouts, made a presentation promoting membership for youth 12-18. |
